Taking Time Out To Relax

Take a time out today for yourself. Lay down and imagine you are floating on a big fluffy cloud and watching the other clouds float by. Now shake out your arms and legs and then tighten and release them. As your body begins to relax, you will start to feel a calmness moving throughout your body. Lay there and enjoy it for a while.
